Meeting Day Expectations

for Youth Grant Recipients

8:00 - 8:30  Registration

• Please plan to arrive during this period to register.  Breakfast buffet will be available beginning at 8:30 am.  The club will cover the cost of the meals for one adult advisor and two student representatives.. 

8:30 - 9:15 Breakfast

9:15 Youth Grant Awards

The host or youth grants chair will give the youth group appropriate recognition for their community service.

A student will read a one-minute statement telling how the group plans to use the grant money. The host or youth grants      chair will show the certificate to be awarded the group along with their check

9:45 - 12:30  Workshop
